ChatGPT: Unlock the Power of AI

A webinar was conducted on ChatGPT to illustrate the present and future of AI for

aspiring students by Department of Computer Science Engineering in collaboration

with IEEE CS MVSR on 1st April,2023. The speaker of the session was Mr. Bala

Peddigari, Chief Innovation Officer & Global Head, Technology Advisory

Services, TCS.

Speaker of the Session: Mr. Bala Peddigari, Chief Innovation Officer & Global

Head, Technology Advisory Services, TCS. He is a Technology Thought Leader

and practitioner in building high performing product development teams and

technological practices such as Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture,

Cloud Solutions, Design Thinking, DevOps, Business Analytics, Modern

Workplaces, Performance Engineering and Security. The speaker has done

Master’s in Computer Applications from University College of Engineering,

Osmania and was Ranked University First and is pledging his time to volunteer for

CSI, IEEE FTCCI, Internet Society and Open Group. He is certified Open CA

Architect and Microsoft Azure Architect.

The meeting was commenced by Ms. Praharsha, IEEE MVSR Student Member by

welcoming the speaker of the session Mr. Bala Peddigari, Chief Innovation Officer

& Global Head, Technology Advisory Services, TCS, Dr. D. Hari Krishna, IEEE

Student Branch Counsellor, Mrs. B. Saritha, IEEE CS Student Branch Advisor and

all the students. Dr. D. Hari Krishna, IEEE Student Branch Counsellor addressed

the gathering and encouraged the students the importance of such events and

encouraged the participants to attend the same. Later, Ms. Praharsha, IEEE MVSR

Student Member introduced and welcomed the speaker Mr. Bala Peddigari and

then the session was handed over to him. The main agendas of the webinar were to

teach the participants about ChatGPT, it’s industry use cases and the skills and

roles which will have an impact due to ChatGPT.
